NOO STARS!! -5 I’ve been a loyal client here for a long time, but my last experience with the owner, Lili, was completely unacceptable. She cut my skin during the service, then tried to charge me $15 for a manicure I never even got. I had originally planned on gel, but I changed my mind before she even started because she made me so uncomfortable bringing up politics and my personal business. I told her I just wanted my toes done instead, yet she still tried to add that $15. When I asked for a discount since she cut me, she refused. After I paid, she actually chased me down demanding more money. I had to pull out my phone and show her proof of payment right in her face, which was humiliating and unnecessary. On top of that, she has a habit of cutting people’s skin and never takes respons

Lainy Did an awesome job on my nails 💅🏻 very attentive and did exactly what I wanted my first time here it will be my new nail salon . Lily also did a great job on my pedicure took her time and the foot massage was amazing thank you ladies .

I would take the 30-45 minute drive when max & Ashley were there and after they left, I was comfortable with Liz doing my nails. This past week, I went for hands and feet & while l waited for Liz, another woman takes me, who’s on the phone the whole time. Normally, I wouldn’t mind but I had to stop her conversation to tell her HOW I WOULD LIKE TO BE SERVICED FOR WHAT IM PAYING FOR. For one, I’m not Hispanic so I asked the young boy working to translate for me the shape IM PAYING FOR, and of course you have your nail techs that don’t like to be told or critiqued about anything. I wouldn’t have said anything if she properly prepped my nails like she called it a “process” in Spanish. She skipped cleaning the cuticles, applied acrylic all over my cuticles to give it a “clean look”, and complet
