Oh my goodness, I don’t know where to start! I have been going to Passion Nails for 2 years now. The team has always been kind, understanding, patient, and fun towards not just me but my mother, grandmother, my grandmother's friends, my friends, and anyone else who walks through the door! I recommend Passion Nails to everyone!

Will never come back here again. The day after getting my nails done they peeled right off. I went back the next day to get them corrected. The gentleman was kind and was honest and let me know the woman that did my nails did not dry properly. He then asked me why I got regular gel. I explained to him that the woman who did them told me that the French tip design I wanted could not be done with dip like I have previously done elsewhere. I didn’t argue and just trusted that she was gonna do a good job and take care of my nails. Nope. That was a lie. The gentleman told me that she was wrong and that I could have done dip powder. I’m so upset with my experience with passion nails. I went and had a mani pedi and at the time I couldnt tell that my nails were really bumpy and streaky. You can see through the Polish. The Polish was just about empty when she was doing them, so instead of changing colors she finished it. It was $78 and I was upset how bad they looked. I called this morning and asked if they could be fixed. They said yes no problem come in today after you get out of work. I went straight there from Rome and he told me your nail tech isn’t here come back tomorrow. I asked can someone else do them? He said yes but she isn’t here and she needs to see them. It took about 2 days for my nails to fall apart and chip away. My nails were not fully dry when I left. Don't get me wrong, my nails were so cute, and they did a nice job, but yet again, my nails fell apart and were chipping away by day 2.

First time here. They got me in same day for a mani/ pedi. Full set with very special designs/ gems. (See pics of what I asked for versus what I got.) She upsold me on the pedicure. It was $55. Then told me it was an additional $5 to have the skin shaved. Since when is that not part of a luxury $55 pedicure????? She left the acetone on my fingers for an hour and a half while she finished the pedi. I had to ask her to take it off because it was making my fingers numb. Then I asked how much for my special tips and was told “I don’t know.” They were in a rush and closed 2 hours early because they were all going to some party. He absolutely rushed my service. I asked for lots of gems. I was given ONE gem. Then at checkout he said it was $156. That means the manicure cost $96!!!!!!! The owner t
