I came to get my nails done do my wedding and they were $100 dollars, they are awful, French tips that are so uneven, chrome but half of the nails are missing spots, most of them are not matched up to my cuticle the nails have bubbles in them and they are so uneven. I’m so upset.

The toe nails are crooked and the polish is uneven. I am sitting in the waiting room, waiting to speak to the manager who’s in the office, they tried to tell me she was busy and they did not know when she was going to be finished. So I’m sitting in the waiting room waiting on her right now as I write this review, horrible job. This is after they tried to fix it the first time and I walked outside after he did my nails, and it was still crooked, the polish you can see through it just not a quality job. I paid too much money for this to happen. This is the first time this has happened, but the fact that they had to go back and clean it up and it’s still not right

I’ve never felt more rushed in my life. I came on Friday afternoon and being that it’s a holiday weekend I wasn’t expecting much because I knew it maybe busy. However I waited for 40 minutes before someone started my service. Finally when the girl got to me I felt as if she was not in a good mood and rushing or trying to speed through my service. She literally filed my skin a few times which was painful but I continued to be patient. My nails look a pure mess. You can tell I got exactly the type of service I was given rushed and sloppy. I will NEVER IN MY LIFE RTURN TO THIS SALON OR RECOMMEND ANYONE. First and last time at this place. The pictures show exactly what I mean.

I've been going to this salon for YEARS. Lately, it seems the owners and product have gone downhill. I called today because the service I received was literally chipping and breaking my nails. I asked if they could reserve a spot for me at LATEST 615pm as I am at work, but I would like to have my nails fixed. I was told I could not secure an appt with the person I go to because they do not want to wait....I literally pleaded with them and inquired about the fact they close at 730- last person accepted at 7 why can't I be helped?! I feel like after several issues with rude techs, the continued early closing, and today's fiasco, they have lost a client. Now I must go somewhere else to have their work fixed at full price instead of them being accommodating and true to their hours. Additional

Went in for a basic manicure. She filed my nails too short and they are all uneven. She used a small fan to dry my nails. She sent me in my way stating they were dry. Most of my nails were smudged by the time I reached my car. I will never go back!
