The ladies here are fabulous. Awesome customer service always! They are very friendly and always willing to try the designs i bring in. If they cant do the designs i ask for, we alway come to a mutual design im happy with. Emily did my last set and she made sure that I was happy with my nails during every step of the process. I'm a very happy customer and will return every time!

First time customer, and absolutely loved my experience. They sat me as soon as I arrived, and were very friendly. Victoria was so sweet and paid such attention to detail, and made sure to take care of my natural nails. I’ll definitely be coming back!

they were friendly but the services were bad. I got a gel manicure on wednesday 5/11/2022. I woke up the next morning missing two of my nails. they had completely peeled off. I went in on friday 5/13/2022 to get them fixed for free. I went back because i thought well maybe it’s a one time mistake. it’s Monday 5/16/2022 and all of my nails have peeled off. I know this isn’t my problem because getting this same gel manicure at other salons in town, they last two to three weeks on me with no chips or issues at all. I can’t believe how bad this turned out. $85+tip so about $100 down the drain. I am so upset. i will not be coming back unfortunely.

I don’t usually call out hard working places. They didn’t get the usual 5 because of how they treated us today. My daughter, grand and myself are regulars for a long time. We had a confirmed booked appointments for the 3 of us at 1:30. All chairs filled and 7 people waiting when we arrived. They kept apologizing to us for an hour after our appointment time but were still taking everyone else. Finally after hour waiting, me and the granddaughter got seated but not my daughter for gel. There was an empty station by us but they took another lady for nails first, thus taking away the person to do my daughter, saying that lady had an appointment…and we didn’t???? All the ladies doing pedis knew what had happened and were talking to that man but he ignored and continued with his obvious preferre

Lucy is a fabulous manager and nail designer. Her skills are perfect and her demeanor is warm and kind. I followed her here from a previous salon. This is a much nicer environment than most “walk-in welcome” salons and better priced.
