I recently moved to the Shoals area and had been searching for a good place to get a haircut. I’m so glad I found this salon! Caroline was incredibly understanding and welcoming, making me feel comfortable right away. I came in for a trim and decided to get bangs as well, and she did an amazing job! The salon itself is lovely, and the entire team is kind and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

The previous person and posting about the snide remarks is completely accurate at this place. I had a lady that I was going to For almost 2 years. She usually did a really good job in the minute that I said anything about my hair just needing it going to the roots because I was getting blonde and I didn’t want the spots that was left the last time she was extremely disrespectful and rude and as a loyal customer treated me very bad. She told me that I needed to find someone else to do my hair instead of asking how she can make it right or just saying OK well, we’ll fix that this next time. I apologize something simple could’ve been the resolution but instead she told me to find another salon. GO TO MADDIE!!! - my hair has not always been the healthiest and once maddie did my blonde it’s grown so much and gotten so much healthier!! she makes my roots look great and tones it perfect and doesn’t exactly what i want! she gets me the exact blonde and with my hair being naturally dark and me wanting dimension it looks AMAZING!! other people may disagree but they’re the only negative review or person i’ve heard!! from online and in person! so definitely go see her!
