I wanted to like this salon, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing — and it happened more than once. During my last visit, some strands of my hair were left untoned. This was not the first time it happened — the same light strand was missed during my previous visit as well. It was clearly visible and had been lightened before, so it should have been toned both times but was simply overlooked. In addition to the uneven result, there were basic service issues that should not happen in a professional salon. My hair had to be washed multiple times because shampoo was forgotten to be rinsed out, and when the service was finished, my hair was not fully dried — I had to leave with wet hair. Parkwest Studio has been renovated and is under new ownership. I had the pleasure of receiving an excellent haircut from Tetiana, a skilled professional hairstylist. She listened to my concerns and my goal of getting a haircut, while also growing my hair out. I love the cut and am very pleased with the results! I highly recommend this Studio and the new stylists! I will definitely be returning in about seven weeks for my next appointment. So excited to have this neighborhood spot revived with new talent!!

I just had my hair done by Tetiana and I’m so happy with how it turned out. I went in for a cut, I ended up taking around 6 inches off. I showed her an inspo pic and she went right to work! She took her time and I left feeling great. The salon is clean and calm, and my stylist was very friendly. Will definitely return for my next cut.
