Parking Key West

Unfortunately we weren’t able to pay, cards not accepted and app not working, we moved away…

I’ve parked at this lot twice, and my experiences couldn’t have been more different. During my first visit, the attendant was polite and helpful, guiding me to a parking spot with a cordial demeanor. Unfortunately, my second visit was a complete disaster, thanks to an attendant named Joseph, whose rudeness and unprofessionalism were shocking. I arrived at 12:15 PM on a Saturday and asked if I could pay with a card. Without any courtesy, Joseph flatly stated, “No,” and offered no assistance or directions to an ATM. Left scrambling, I managed to dig out $40 in cash. After paying, he rudely instructed me to move my car closer to a tree, insinuating in an almost threatening tone that I’d be charged for two spaces if I didn’t comply. Safe place to park during day and night, yes cheaper than parking on the street. We stayed across the street from here and it was very convenient as you really don't need to drive anywhere. Keep in mind that you do not need to pay for street parking at night so let the attendant know if you are leaving the car overnight in the parking lot (they did not charge us extra) or move the car to the street. During the week you need to pay for street parking after 9am and Sunday after 12pm. If you leave the car from 9am, they will charge $40 and will go down from there as the day goes, depending on the time of the year as well. Safe location nonetheless!

Very cordial attendant and Great price for very convenient location. I drive a large Toyota Tundra a little lifted. Had no problem parking at this location. Normal price is $25, and goes up depending vehicle size and parking demand. If you know Key West, that is very fair, specially for our mammoth trucks and SUV nowadays. Highly recommended parking location. Thanks.

The signs say 20 but when you pull in and go the back they want 40. What a bait and switch. There are other legit places way less than 40 nearby. After seeing the owners response I thought I'd post the picture of the signs entering the lot. I have been to a lot of places all over the country and when there is a sign like this, it indicates the price. Granted, if you zoom in it says "and Up". Come on, this is intentional deception and should be outlawed. You should be ashamed. We get to Key West and first thing that happens is I get screwed at the parking lot. I hope folks stay away form this place, I know I will.
