I'm 71 and live in the RGV. I sometimes ride my Kawasaki KLR650 Adventure bike to George West just for fun. I stop at this parking area, which is 10 miles south of GW to take a break and enjoy the view.
Its just big enough for 3 rigs to fit in but a good place to stop for a 30 min break
Great place to pull over and stretch your legs on a long road trip.
Nice spot to sleep No service this is a PARKING area 👍
Watch the clouds roll in, very nice and cool.
