Park West Nail & Spa

I have been going to Park West Nail Spa for 4 years now and absolutely love it! You can expect high quality, detailed, and thoughtful services every time. Kristy, John, and Eric, along with the entire staff, are so genuine and friendly. They truly have a heart for the customer and want to make you happy and pleased with your nails. Every season there is a new special pedicure option that is AMAZING and incredibly well priced. I get Gel-X nails nail, which I LOVE, but no matter what you choose, the quality is top notch. There are so many color and design options too! I truly cannot recommend Park West Nail Spa and this staff enough!

Ask for Sophia, she is so great!!! She’s been doing my GelX a few times now and does an amazing job. She takes her time to make sure the shape and length is perfect. Everyone there who has done my nails (fingers or toes) does a wonderful job, so you really can’t go wrong. I always go there and have never had a bad experience!

I really enjoyed the pedicure experience. They offer a variety of refreshments. It was very clean and beautiful inside. The pedicure chair was comfy and relaxing. The only reason why I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because of the polish application. The polish application did not meet expectations of the overall experience! I spoke with John about it and he was happy to fix it which made me feel better about coming back. So, I am looking forward to updating my review to 5 stars after my polish is redone!

John was amazing!! His work is beautiful and you can tell he absolutely loves his profession. I have been wearing square nails for years, he suggested almond with a ombré French and I was like sure let’s try something new…I am so glad he suggested because my nails are gorgeous! I just moved back to the area a few months ago and have been looking for a new nail tech - John is my new go-to nail tech. Already have received multiple compliments and my best friend can’t wait to book with him.

Brought my 5yo daughter for a Yes Day. She and I both received awesome treatment. I was especially impressed with the timing on her traditional lacquer - it was dry by the time my whole gel mani was done. Many additional points for the technicians being kind to a 5yo.
