If I could give 10 stars I would greatly do that. This is by far the best beauty supply/salon in Malden. The workers, manager and owner are always extremely nice and respectful. It’s so sad how people are so jealous and hateful towards this amazing business and the wonderful people there. These hateful comments are bullying and harassment. Going around scamming businesses and not paying for services is so sad and pure evil. People need to go get better jobs. I will always come here and nothing people say will never stop me. Always satisfied since I’ve been coming here. Never disappointed, they always do exactly what you ask for. My daughter also gets her done here and she’s always in love with her hair. They also sell a lot of good products. Love this store so much. 100% recommend, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

0 stars- she literally cut a 10 year old girls hair and kept recording the child CRYING after trying to get the mother to pay in full for a style that she didn’t even complete or do accurately based on what was agreed because she was tired and wanted to go home. LADY- If you can’t do a style, just say no. And if you don’t have time, JUST SAY NO. because even if you have an appointment , she will make you wait for her to finish whoever she’s working on when you arrive (because she doesn’t respect your time) then try to force you to pay extra because she’s working past closing time (which is entirely HER DECISION and something she should have been honest about before even agreeing to accept the service) on top of all that- when she was being too rough with the little girls hair and the mom a
