Came in without an appointment due to issue at another salon where I didn't feel valued as a long time customer. Anthony at the front desk remembered my name, even though I hadn't been here in almost 2 months. He made sure I was helped right away. Liz did a great job on my pedicure. Nina was open to my SNS design ideas, added her own and did an excellent job!

I hate leaving bad reviews especially when I’ve been coming here for almost a year but I’m sad to say I won’t be returning. I’ve been seeing the same nail tech the whole time I’ve been coming and this time was terrible. I came in and was excited to get my nails done, we finished my fingers and I noticed I was cut on my pinky and the finger next to it. I decided to ignore it bc mistakes happen and I figured I would bring it up at the end of the appointment. Then we move on to toes, and when I say I haven’t felt the pain of what my toe felt in the picture, oh my lord it hurt. Never in my life have I been cut 3 times in a nail appointment. And I also asked if we could fix one of my nails bc it was crooked and the tech replied “no it’s not crooked” and when I said they are a bit long it was “n

I won’t be back. i’ve never had a pedicure experience like this before, no one should! I don’t know the name of the person who did my service, but when she used the scrubber to scrub my feet, she began to scrub my actual skin! i didn’t say anything because i thought this was apart of the pedicure service i chose, but my sister who was with me did not get this treatment. afterwards she wrapped an extremely hot towel on my bruised raw legs. i’m now left with scars on my legs and feet. i do NOT recommend. your nail techs should know how to properly care for feet and do the service properly.

I have been going to Parisian consistently for over a year now. I exclusively use Ryan (pedicure) and Amy(mani and gel builder) because of how happy I am with their service. I started using Ryan first, and he is consistent and excellent in his work. He is also super nice. He has gotten to know me and we always “catch up” during my pedicures. He really is customer focused. When I had questions about my manicure services for my weak finger nails, Ryan made suggestions and introduced me to Amy. I haven’t looked back. She is super detail oriented and does amazing work. I will actually be bringing two of my young adult kids in next week and Ryan helped me get the whole thing scheduled with the right techs. It will be one kid’s first time getting their nails done and Ryan suggested the perfect

Always a great experience! My nail Tech is Hailey. She’s very thorough and always makes sure I leave happy. Ask for her! I get Acrylic Gel Nails, but she does everything.
