Paris Nails

My first time was ok. The second time going back I was doing a fill. I had an appointment, however the person who was to assist was assisting someone else. I waited like 5 mins and it was my time. I had a gel fill to do an when I got in the chair it's like I was dictated what will be done. Another lady came in and was seated. She had a gel fill also. There was only one person to do gel can you imagine. She began to hurry with my nails because she wanted to attend to the next customer waiting for a gel refill. It wasn't done properly but I remained calm. I was charged $80 to do a full set the first time and charged $78 for a fill, how. Anyway I paid and left. My nails weren't even cleaned off properly. Came here for a nice relaxing time with my niece and my daughter for my nieces first pedicure and our first pedicures of the summer. They put all three of us in a chair. Mind you we had an appointment. They did my pedicure first and all of 15 minutes. They then when I was done did my daughters and hers was longer than mine. Next, they did my niece and hers was 10 minutes. Making an appointment. I assumed all three of us would get our pedicures together, not separately. They tried to seat us separately as well, but I insisted we all sit Together and had to wait for a chair to open. Not to mention, they didn’t even sanitize the jet in the tub before filling it again after the previous client. One lady came over and put the nail technicians tip right on top of the “sanitary” tools they use. T

Where to start!! I when in to get a pedicure and almond shape acrylic tips on my finger. The polish on my toes were tacky and not clean up properly so you see the polish in the corner of my toe and skin, the polish wasn’t applied on smooth so it look lumpy… while doing my acrylic almond nail I notice the nails were all shape different especially my big thumb which was all lean to the side and I point it out to here and she act like she didn’t understand English and keep file the same finger more to the left, my finger were also polish tacky. There wasn’t no care or thought put in to do their job properly, it was like a rush to service more people. I was so upset and I just wanted to leave.. I just wanted something simple and it was one of the worst nail experience I have ever had in my li

so i came here to get my acrylics off, which they do acrylics so youd think “oh they know how to take acrylic off” no, the lady just kept filing and filing and filing with the same tool and also if you saw the review from 2 months ago where theyre using paper, oh they still are! on my ring finger you can especially see where she was filing my real nail 😆 the lady kept telling me “acrylics are bad for your nails” no ma’am, if you properly took them off it wouldnt be HURTING ME like they are right now. do. not. go. here!!! thank you (i do NOT want an apology “owner” u said you would change the paper thing 2 months ago and never did a thing)

It was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The woman was shoving my foot while getting the pedicure. She did not engage with me once other than to tell me I was doing something wrong. Using a piece of mail to clean my nails is unsanitary. I was very excited to go here because people raved, but I am hesitant to go back.
