Paris Nails 15

This nail salon engages in deceptive and false advertising practices. I took a child, 10 years old to get a child mani pedi. I asked for a child mani pedi in the beginning . The advertised price is $45 and halfway through the service I was informed by the nail associate that it would be $55. I informed them that their sign said $45. They informed me their sign is wrong and the numbers are on back order. If their sign was inaccurate, they should’ve informed me at the beginning. Also, another customer walked in while we were there, and they did not inform the other customer that their sign is incorrect. Poor customer service and deceptive practices.

I love Paris Nails but you better bring patience if have nothing else to do when you’ve scheduled your appointment because at times - if you have called in the morning for an afternoon appointment you might be waiting longer than expected and even maybe over an hour… Peter tends to overbook and if you’ve scheduled your appointment- he takes walk ins to appeal to the customer instead of having his appointments booked on paper so he knows who he has when he has at what time and have the walk ins wait and take care of the customer who’s called ahead of time and scheduled their appointment. Peter does an excellent job but his timing is not for the customer who called ahead of time and the customer who has no patience- is he worth the wait??? Yes!!!! . 🤔🥺😒…. I didn't have an appointment both times I went in and they still accommodated me. My first time ever fixing my nails Phong(manicure) and Dianna(pedicure) made me feel so comfortable. They're really amazing ladies. Phong is really fast and did an awesome job. Second time, Peter fixed up my nails even though it was a daunting task. He was very professional and kind, and it turned out beautiful. I got tons of compliments for both sets. This is my nail place from now on.

I found this nail salon while in a rush to find a place to get my Valentine’s Day nails done back in February, and I’ve been coming back since. Every time is just a wonderful experience. The ambiance is welcoming and comforting. Everyone is so nice, and will provide great service. Phong is the nail tech I am now a regular for, she’s the sweetest and always gives amazing results, you can just feel the care she has and how gentle she is whether doing pedicures or a full set of acrylics. Best gal!

I normally go to cherry creek nail salon but decided to try Paris nails 15 and I would not recommend it! My gel manicure is awful ! I went today and the clear coat was all over my finger. It dry out and now the nail polish is coming off. Not even 24 hours! My nails don’t look like they have been done professionally! Also, I don’t think they sterilize or clean their equipment. Update- the owner Peter contacted me and scheduled an appointment to fixed my nails. He is great! The last picture shows his work. I would definitely recommend to make an appointment with him. He is very detailed and takes his time. When drying my nails , It didn’t burn this time. Thank you Peter!
