Paris 1 Nail

Chrissy did my nails today and I am OBSESSED!!! Everyone was super nice. Shop is clean. Reasonable prices. I will be a return customer for sure! Highly recommend this place! 10/10 _ UPDATE on 1/17/24 (1 year after my initial review): I have been a loyal customer of this salon for the past year, visiting every two weeks, and I am still as impressed as I was on day one. The quality of service has remained consistently high, and I can confidently say that Chrissy does THE BEST NAILS ever! The team continues to be super friendly and the shop is always clean. I called to see if I could come in for a leg and underarm wax. I go in, the wax applying machine is broken so the lady uses the wax pot instead. Which would have been fine, if the wax wasn’t so thin. She wasn’t able to pick up any wax on the stick bc of how thin it is so she proceeds to put tiny amounts of wax on INDIVIDUAL HAIRS, pulling in all different directions (mind you I haven’t waxed in months so there’s more than enough hair to pull). I had to tell her to apply wax to a whole section and then pull. Didn’t listen. Proceeds to TWEEZE. And they had the audacity to ask for a tip. If you don’t know how to wax, say no when someone calls. Doubt they’re licensed in this service. Worst wax ever. Needless to say I didn’t do underarms here. I always did my nails in Brooklyn and had no idea which nail salon to go to in Long Island, but I desperately needed my nails done. I saw some photos nails done by Chrissy that looked nicely done. So I specifically called and made an appointment with Chrissy. I chose a lilac colored marble type of design with gold outline and I absolutely loved it. She was patient with which colors I wanted and I loved the end result.

I have been to every nail salon around until I finally found Paris 1 nails and love them. I never feel rushed, they are always super nice and accommodating and they can free hand gel French like no other and it’s perfect every time.

Love getting my nails done here. Ive been going for years and will continue to. I used to get my nails done only with Alan, who is no longer there. I tried other places when he left and ended up coming right back here. I really love this place. Christy the owner is very talented. I just share a photo or an idea and she makes it happen.
