Hair colour application - sad to see quality downgrade on my frequent stop!! Despite mentioning about colour being applied on the forehead, executive discarded the request stating colour removals are used after application. Here is how the colour remained on the forehead!! Please avoid going here if you travel to work or going last minute grooming ahead of a function. Hire talented executives, please to retain regular customers!

Never felt a in-your-face discrimination like today, had an appointment for facial, eyebrow and hair (just wash and blow dry), when I git there the lady did my eyebrows first then asked me to go for my facial directly, at first that didn’t make sense to me. So I told her I needed my hair washed first then facial, she had a brief conversation with some of the ladies, the owner came in to explained that it’s best to get a facial done first before getting my hair done, thought nothing of it. After I was done with my facial, came out and seated waiting, they spoke in their language I could tell they’re were discussing me etc - she approached and said “ we don’t do African hair, only Indian and people with our kind of hair texture and if she’s going to do it, it might take longer than an hou

My favorite brow threading shop in Aurora/Naperville. Pooja is my go-to artist and since I’ve been going to her (about two years) she’s made my brows nice and thick how I always wanted. Highly recommend this shop.
