Great selection of Professional Salon products, very helpful, knowledgeable & friendly staff. I go there FREQUENTLY and I have never seen anyone who works there DISRESPECT anyone! They greet everyone so friendly and ask if they could help you find anything specific. They have locations throughout the East Coast. The owner does NOT work at any of the stores, just to clarify other reviews. The store managers go through extensive training and are required to attend meetings at their corporate location. They are constantly being educated on all product lines. When new products are released, the beauty supply gets them before the salons do. They carry products for ALL ethnicities & hair types. The store is so organized & clean. They service & sell only to licensed beauty professionals & salons

Royal Beauty Supply is only open to professionals in the industry. We sell salon supplies for use in salon services. We sell retail products for salons to retail. Our customer is the salon professional. We treat everyone respectfully and certainly greet all and explain the policy if needed. And, we often suggest where you might find what you're looking for. If you need specific products for your particular hair type, please visit a professional stylist for their expert advice and service.

Ok yall... this is not a regular beauty supply store! This one is for the professionals with the professional products. You will find no hair extensions, barretts and bobos! No du rags, bamboo ear rings or lip gloss! Idk why they took the name of beauty supply... it's already a thing.

They are easily They are easily racist to the type of customers they choose to have come into their beauty supply store. The owner was rude. Claims I called her racist against color when I clearly said your racist for assuming and coking at me and assuming something with me. They only deal with “certain” customers.
