Paramount Beauty Supply - Lynbrook

Originally, I gave this store a five star rating because when they were still royal and for a while after, it was always great and friendly. I always found what I was looking for and the girls that worked there were wonderful. The last three times I’ve gone, and especially the last (just before Christmas) the lady that works there was literally nasty and rude without a reason to be and had a scowl on her face the entire time. She made me feel HORRIBLE and I dread having to go there now. Not sure what she’s so angry about, but the customer service aspect is just not there for her. I don’t like not giving a good review, but I was made to feel so badly, I left there with anxiety and totally baffled by the experience.

love coming to this location now , the young lady that works there is phenomenal. Great customer service super helpful and knowledgeable. but the older lady that works there is the total opposite, extremely rude not helpful at all , and will literally make your shopping experience 10 times harder. she had done it to me every single time please paramount hire people with better customer service skills and that nice and kind !

I called ahead looking for a product because I was traveling there from a distance. I spoke to a service rep and informed her that I would be picking it up for my stylist. She simply said that’s okay they would just need to give the okay over the phone. Great right?! I drive 20 mins to the store and the product is waiting for me behind the service desks my stylist is on the phone ready to give the okay. Then comes the problem: “Do you have an account here? Does your stylist? You can’t shop here without an account.” Well Kaitlyn, however you spell her name never mentioned needing an account before I drove all the way there! Thanks for absolutely nothing!

The older woman behind counter is so miserable and treats you like your below her. If you don't like your job you shouldn't do customer service!!! Can't return anything with out credit, who would want to shop where people aren't nice!!! Go to cosmoprof where everyone is so sweet!!!

Has everything you need and the staff is very knowledgeable, Professional. I go because of the staff. Always smiling and ready to help at a moment's notice, no matter how busy they are. For license cosmetologist only.
