Paramount Beauty Supply - Bayridge

This is definitely my go to store for Cosmetology supplies, I love shopping when things are on sale and I love browsing the colors!!! The staff is very friendly and helpful with all my needs.

0 stars it doesn't say its for licensed professionals only on the Google lookup ill shave my head for Christmas because they couldn't sell me toner unreal happy holidays...

Extremely poor customer service at this location. I don’t want to drag the entire staff down with the manager Vanessa, she is the sole reason for this review. She is combative and very unprofessional, and seems to have issues with people that she sees as “privileged”. She went on to trash former management on the phone (Liz), and Liz was never brought up, nor has she been there in years, so what was that about.? Sorry, I’d give zero stars if I could, Vanessa is just too unprofessional to deal with, and her ignorant racial undertones are inappropriate.

Friendly staff. I usually go to the Royal Beauty Supply store in Bronxville, but since I was closer to this one I decided to check it out and get a product that I needed for an appointment that evening. It's pretty standard, carries items from all the popular lines Paramount/Royal Beauty usually sell. The staff greeted me warmly when I entered the store and were very helpful in finding products I needed to grab quickly.
