Unfortunately this was a really negative experience from start to finish. The nail tech clipped and pulled out the corner/edge of my big toenail even though it was not ingrown. It was painful during the service and feels bruised and swollen today. It hurts to walk and to wear shoes. I am now worried it is going to become an actual ingrown. I’ll be starting epsom salt soaks tonight to hopefully decrease the chance. He was also very aggressive with the nail drill — it was used well beyond removing polish and actually hurt while he was doing it. He had to go get a small squeeze bottle of something pink colored to put on two of my nails when he was done. I’m not sure if I was bleeding or what was going on. On top of that, he didn’t check the water temperature before I put my feet in. It was

They did such a great job and put lots of effort into my nails!! Totally recommend.
Such a great place! I get pampered once a month and have fun getting to know them! I love that they are willing to do my crazy ideas!
