Horrible experience I asked for a narrow French tip look and was left with the ugliest short stubby nails. I tried telling her I was not happy with them at all that the French tip was too low and they were too wide, she just kept saying you no like? They pretty…and I was like um no I don’t like them then she was explaining why they looked like that, but I just gave up due to the language barrier and told her to just finish them so I could go. My toe nail was left chipped at the edge. It’s sucks to pay all that money for such horrible service from supposed professionals… My daughter ended up redoing them for me the next day and they came out 10x better and it was her very first time ever doing anyone’s nails. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Today I went to the Paradise nails. I usually just get the basic nothing too fancy . I picked my nail color, and then went on with the pedicure when She was done we walked to the front and told me 55.00 . I was concerned because its just the basic but nope she told me it's 55.00 with the nail polish.. I feel like she should have told me the nail polish was Gel and , not basic nail polish but cool I paid and Left .

I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. From the beginning, the technician used nail tips that were significantly larger than my natural nails and applied an excessive amount of glue. Despite requesting short nails, she refused to cut them to my desired length. Additionally, the dip powder application was extremely messy, resulting in uneven, bumpy nails with product applied to my cuticles. What made the experience worse was how invalidated I felt throughout the process. I always strive to be polite, but it seemed like my concerns were completely disregarded. When I expressed dissatisfaction, the technician dismissed my concerns and claimed my nails were so thick because of the tip rather than acknowledging the poor application. I’ve been going for pedicures for quite some time now and haven’t had a problem. Finally decide to start letting them do my nails and I will never go back to them. The first time they broke the next day. Today was the second chance and all my nails are different sizes, one is completely crooked, and purple was left on the side of my fingers.

I’ve gone to this nail salon only a couple times. The first time I went they did a GREAT job! Honestly it was one of the best sets I’ve ever had. But the second time… Tony did my nails. Not only was he super unfriendly, kinda rough. He also rushed through my nails I feel like. Almost all my nails have little smudges, and the shaping is kinda of weird. He also left black all over my fingers, I then had to scrub it off before I went into work… not sure if I’ll go again.
