Paradise Nails

I would give 0 starts if I could! I had an appointment with Trish at 11am. I had gel on my nail, she put the gel remover and just leave. 15min later, I asked where she was. She was doing some else’s nails. I removed the product and the the nailpolish bymyself and left at 11:40am. No one, absolutely no one came to help me! This place js a joke.

I always have Kelly do my nails! I’ve always gone to her for my design as well as simple yet beautiful nails. Paradise nails is my go to for friendly and efficient service.

I came for the first time over the weekend and I will not be back. My wait was very long almost 45 minutes, but I wasn't really upset about this as I was a walk in. Then, I got passed around to FOUR nail techs. I moved chairs 4 times. The man that ended up doing my nails was very rough with my hands. Look at my ring finger specifically, it's all beat up. I'm one that goes to get my nails done for relaxation and doesn't talk much during. There was nothing on the tv's but photos of different places around the world. I didn't have anything to watch or entertain me during my time. I will say, the salon appeared very clean and they had great color choices which is the only reason I gave them 2 stars but I will not be back.

Quality: terrible! Service Requested: rushed Please look at the pictures!!!! I am absolutely appalled by how terrible my nails turned out. I had a woman name Terry who legit rushed through my nails. I came at 4 PM and they close at 5 PM. She told me that it was a very slow day and so I'm surprised she was rushing through my nails. When I asked her to try out two different sparkle colors, she started speaking in Vietnamese with her colleague who was the only one there since everyone had left. This made me feel uncomfortable because I'm paying for service which I went to make sure is done right. Then I asked her to do a design like the picture attached but she kept rushing and just felt like she wanted to make an extra buck or so. I will make sure I get my money back because this was unpro

If i could give it a 0 I would!! they should hire professionals, not people that mess up your nails and then still charge you full price after knowing you're so upset and that they are going to ruin your whole trip because your nails turned out so ugly! Do not recommend at all!!!!!!!!
