This place is a NO! The nail tech used the drill to take off my gel polish and drilled my nail bed down to the pink pink where you can see the meat layer of my nails. Warm and cold water hurts my nails. Everything that I touch cause my nails to chip and break because they are so weak and thin now. Please be careful going here. There's really only one person that knows how to do nails. Obviously, the woman that did my nails is not ...the one. The manager was rude when I showed and told her in a nice manor what the tech did to my hand. Her response was, I don't have to come back. I told her that I wasn't but she wa going to get the review that she deserves. I'm mad at myself for Not reading the reviews before going 😒 I have included pics of my nail bed trying to grow back.

5 years ago I left a great review but times have definitely changed. I asked for a simple polish change. I told them I had an interview. They charged me $30 for the most hideous polish job I’ve ever seen. Posting pics because you need to see it to believe it. SMH

We had a bit of a wait but that was expected without appointments. The building was clean and well-kept and the girl who did my nails was friendly, professional, and talented. Prices seemed fair and my nails turned out great- will definitely be returning in the future for a fill-in!

NAIL-ED it!! My go to nail spot has been kicking ass and taking names every time I enter. From pedicures to nails (gel, dip, acrylic… you name it, I’ve done it) the quality and professionalism does not disappoint. The family owned environment boasts equal amounts of talent and ability. Specifically, I call out Julie; without fail a small inconsequential Pinterest picture turns into a work of (very reasonable) art. I HIGHLY recommend this location for nails whether it’s a simple mani/pedi or the big nail design maintenance for me, your nails will outshine all others. Thank you for being awesome! EDIT! I came in today with no requests and ended up with these FANTASTIC fall nails designed on site. THANK YOU! 🍁

Paid Paradise Nail Spa $55 on Monday, December 9th for chrome polish on my natural nail. By Tuesday, December 10th the polish was peeling off. I returned to them today, December 12th to have it corrected. Nail tech says now chrome won’t work on my natural nail. I said ok, I will do the dip powder. Then owner or manager tells me if I want dip powder on my nails she will give me 20% discount on $65 because gel and dip are two different application processes. I agree. I will pay you the difference between gel and dip but I will not pay you another $53 and I just paid you $55 3 days ago. If the gel polish you just used peeled off what do you think will happen with this gel polish? “Please file my nails and let me leave this salon!” I hope the $55 you stole from me is worth it to you.
