So I have been coming here for 5 years and today was a disaster ..Alina is my nail technician and she was pretty good at first but the quality of her work slowly began to deteriorate…I got a new set 1 month ago and 7 nails broke 1 at a time so I had to come 7 different times and pay for each and tip on what suppose to be a new set..so this morning I came for my appointment and when I got there Alina said she ordered coffee so she left me waiting while she walked to Starbucks..when she got back and I explained my frustration she start laughing ..when I asked her if that was funny she said no but continued to laugh ..very unprofessional and disappointed, it’s very clear that she doesn’t take the concerns of her loyal clients seriously. I wouldn’t recommend that place to anyone.

This is the service I got for $121.00 when I went back to fix the manager attitude was so unpleasant even worse than the service provided I left very disappointed dissatisfied and will never return to this place again ..,

If I could leave a worse review I would , I went today and had a terrible painful experience, in the beginning of my pedicure she placed a cuticle removal gel and it began to burn my skin I told the technician that it was burning a lot and she said it was normal , towards the ends I kept mentioning that it burned and created mini blisters and the skin to be chemically burned and it hurt really bad. she said that it was just the alcohol and that it was already there from the beginning of from my last pedicure (I haven't had a pedicure and like an two months) the manager saw it and just said to put water and soap and it would be okay. They didn't care nor do anything and still make me pay full price. Never going there again worse experience ever probably using old products

I got my toes done and a full set of acrylics, I did this less then 24 hours ago.. the lady who did my toes drilled my toenails so much my toes nails are super thin and hurt like a burning sensation.. and on top of that the gel is already pealing off. My acrylic set design came out just how I wanted, they’re bulky and not coffin though. I definitely won’t be going back to this place. It’s to expensive for a pedicure that doesn’t even last 24 hours and hurts. And then my nails are wayyy to bulky. These techs need more practice before getting payed to actually do this as a full time job.

I love this place and Sandy is amazing! After all the other nail shops in the area failed to be able to do a simple coffin shaped nail, she kills it every single time. The ambience is very upscale, peaceful and relaxing. Everybody there is very nice and doesn't give you attitude if you ask them to do something different to your nails. I will never go to another nail salon, let alone another nail tech.
