I bought a wig and it wasn't good quality. When I tried to return it, they wouldn't even exchange it, and I think it's very frustrating to buy something of poor quality and not be able to return it. I paid $49.99 and it was money wasted.

Watch them while they ring up your items, they inflate prices. Was charged an extra $70 and when I confronted them they tried to refuse me a refund.

Great products, unnecessarily expensive.. for example I normally pay $3.99 for the i•Envy individual eyelashes, they charge $6.99 for the same pack!! Whyyyyy?!?

They have a variety of items from hats, jewelry, cultural wraps that I have not seen in other hair supply stores. I just wish they had more space to display the products, it's quite crammed in the front with displays& items. If they had more space they would be able to openly display all the nice things they have making it easier on customers to see them & possibly purchase.

For some reason are higher than it is everywhere else. The people who own the store are far from welcoming. They watch you the entire time and ask you five times “what’re you looking for?” in the time span of the first ten minutes. Even when you deliberately ask for help, you gesture you to the most expensive product that does nothing for your hair. The lady at the register is rude and only cares about the money they get out of you.
