Every time I come in this store, the owner is rude and always acting like people are stealing — especially when it’s Black customers. He doesn’t follow you around, but you can tell he’s watching you the whole time. It’s uncomfortable and unnecessary. One time, he even told a Black man he couldn’t try on a hat because it was a “women’s hat.” That was not only rude, but sexist and racist too. There’s just no reason to talk to people like that. This store has bad vibes and terrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody. This why everyone go to Hollywood beauty I don’t recommend this store

Only reason i came here was because i was in a rush and it was closest beauty supply to my location First of all their prices are to high especially on impulse buy items near the cash register #2 they follow you around the store assuming everyone steals #3 the elderly lady at the cash register clearly hates her job and it shows on her face and she was annoyed when I questioned her about item prices From now on I will drive further to the best and my favorite beauty supply" Diva Beauty Supply" on St.Charles Rock Rd the entire staff is always friendly and helpful and even though prices are low to begin with but the owner actually took $10 off my item because I didn't have enough money.

Lovely shop has all the essential and seem to be a local business. Ms. Lee was wonderful and very helpful!

Super cute items, good selection. However, each time I have visited, I have been followed around or rushed, talked down to, and everything is locked up, which is no issue except when I ask for items to be unlocked, I feel like i am a nuisance instead of a paying customer. I would have spent way more money if I had not felt so uncomfortable or like they didn't want me in the shop. I will try this business one more time and update my review based on my treatment/experience next time.
