We were not treated like criminals 🙂. One attend called me back to let me know I left my door key on the counter.

This store is clean, well organized and stocked. Culturally speaking, a few of the niceties are lost in translation. Although they are nice and accommodating. But understand this store is located in "the hood" ran by middle Eastern gentlemen ( no women) selling products for African American women. 😒* And yes I felt safe!!!

I like this beauy supply very clean and neat its jus the lady that works there usually in the mornings is not much of a help and she's not nice or kind at all she's very dismissive and rude the men are more nice friendly and helpful get rid of her attitude and you have a pretty good store 😊

Forget being overpriced the dude followed me around the store I told him off rip my phone in the car charging while I shop I’ll it the things on the counter then unlock my phone. As I’m walking back in I see him walking from the door direction. I felt very uncomfortable.

November 2024 Check your bag and bank account before you leave!!! I was grossly overcharged when I checked my bank account. They added an extra $35 to my total!! On top of that, I specifically asked for only new wigs in the color 2. When I checked my bag at home, they threw in the old used raggedy 1b wig from the mannequin head!!!! They play nice but they are crooks. Wigs are $15 on ebonyline, they charging $50. Never again!!!!!
