It ruined my hair. This was the last time I went here. I don't recommend it.

First and last time!! Poor customer service Doesn’t take instructions well, equipment old, Too much talking and distraction amongst themselves. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Said 15 dollars on Apple Map but charged 30, which was completely abnormal and outrages for a regular haircut in Hartford. The hairstyles are aimed for people who use a pound of hair gel every day and is completely incompatible for me. Good thing I live in CA because I do not want to suffer again.

I had my hair cut for the first time on a Sunday, because I was running late. The place was some what run down , but the service was great. I was very happy with my haircut and the attention I received. Will go again

I will never go this barber shop again. Those barbers cannot cut hair. F...p my hair and my grandson line-up for fu.... Up too. Only one barber can do a good job, and that is the barber on the upper deck first chair. Very disappointed customer Nuff said.
