Their service is really bad. They are incredibly nasty to their customers and treat with disrespect. Completely insensitive and dismissive. This is a salon where people come to have a positive experience and this place they make you feel undeserving and terrible service

I had a terrible experience! I came to get a facial the lady makes me fill out a form, then she looks at me and starts telling me that my acne is a genetic disease, and then tells me that she won't give a facial if I dont but her skin products for ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY DOLLARS!!!!! I tell her that there is no way I was doing that and she told me that if she gave me a facial she would be wasting her time!!!!! So rude! What am I paying you for?! I came all the way from out of town for a facial, sat in a car to come there,and walked out 45 minutes later with a speech from a facialist how my face wash isn't good and I need to buy hers! Extremely disrespectful! Terrible experience never coming back! And if u get a facial do not get it by penina unless u also wanna spend 140$ on face products to

The manager's attitude is worse than MEAN! Absolutely no manners! Rude as hell. Their prices are inconsistent every week, although the exact same job is performed. Extremely unprofessional from the minute they answer the phone to how they handle their hand held record of scheduling clients and the cancellations. I came in last week to hear a client complain about the poor air conditioning in a 110 degrees weather outside. The manager's response: "ehhhh, I don't touch the temperature. The way the boss put it, this is how it will stay. It's on 70"!!!!!!! When the client responded in shock that its not acceptable for 70 in a 100 degree weather, the boss said: "ehhh, do you pay the bills here?"!!!!! This is absolutely disgusting!! I wish their management is fired and replaced very soon!!!

This is my go-to place. I ask for a specific lady and she does a great job!! It is neat and clean. Also, they have Wax designed for sensitive skin, thats a big plus for me since I have acne-prone skin.

Do not recommend unless you Wana get there with an appointment and they tell you that they can't do it for you being that they don't have time
