I took my daughter in for a keratin treatment. She rushed the process. Her hair looked has if she just used the blow dryer. She pretented to flat iron her hair wants I enter back into the salon. Then she add an extra 10 dollars to the amount she told me over the phone. Then she finally told me I am not to experienced with black hair. I explained to her u are stealing from your customers and wasting their time, just to get money into the store.
Bad customer service!!! This place needs to work on better attitudes towards their customers.....The owner is very unprofessional. This place is NOT recommend!!!!!!! If I can give half star I would!
