If I could give -5/5, I would. The lady who first started my pedicure notified me acrylic on big toe was $10 more per foot and then proceeded to put extension on my big toe crooked. I asked her to just file it straight. It was a problem, so she went and got the owner who said it would be an ADDITIONAL $5 for someone else to do it (aka HIM). Then left my toenail paint like this. Pictures attached. This pedicure costed me $80. Don’t go there. All because I asked her to straighten the nail, I was charged $5 EXTRA, my pedicure was rushed, and my toenails were left half painted.

Went with my 6 year old daughter and got gel polish on finger nail and toes. They didn’t have 3 colors that she picked out while getting her pedicure, only to get to his table and the first color she picked was on his work station😡. On the same exact day 4 of her nails peeled completely off, all in one piece. That to me seems as if it wasn’t prepped correctly. So much for having pretty nails for church on Sunday. I had a fill in and I have never had such uneven surfaces, it’s like mountains, not to mention the sides are peeling also. Unfortunately, I will not be returning!!! Go see Jenny at I love nails!! She is wonderful. I only went to Panaché because I thought they had pedicure chairs for kids….they stuffed pillows behind her, guess they done away with the kid chairs.

One hand looks nice the other looks ok. He made me bleed left the blood under the polish and the nail looks horrible. It was falling off. He could’ve just taken it off And replaced it with a new one.

Really enjoyed my experience today. Told Sandy my issues I had with nails and what previous nail salon did. She took her time and made sure I was satisfied today. Absolutely great customer service and my hands/nails feel amazing!!!!!! Thank you so much Sandy at Panache Nails & Spa!!!!! You definitely gained a loyal customer today!!!!!

I went in for full set removal. The technician was not very gentle and peeled off part of my real nail in the process and that was hurt. There are still residue left on my 2 nails. She rushed through the process and didn’t examine her work after she had done. Poor customer service and not very customer friendly. They had the technician that did my nail there at the front desk with the receptionist who asked me how much I want to tip her which I had to say it out loud. I ended up tipping her 25%because I felt like I was being pressured with her being there. Decided to give this place a try but I wouldn’t be going back for sure.
