I visited PamperedByToya on yesterday for waxing and a facial for the first time and I had an amazing experience! Toya was friendly and very professional. She explained in detail the process with the services I received and answered my questions. She did an excellent job with my eyebrow/lip waxing and my facial. She made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. My face feels so soft and refreshed! Toya has a lovely spa in a great location! I will definitely be booking her for more services soon. Latoya is very professional and super clean which is very important, especially during these times. She even had me quality check her services so that I was pleased before leaving. Very humble. I always get my arms waxed. I've also done full face and most often lip. I also do the hydro jelly mask which is amazing! I'll be getting a facial next time. Latoya is the best!
