Pampered Nails

the people there were nice and, I didn't wait at all and my service didn't take too long, but the outcome was so unprofessional. There were so many little mistakes, and some of the nails were crooked. When she did my first hand, while she was doing the lengths the middle finger was way shorter than every other nail. And when she did one hand for the lengths she didn't compare the other hand to it so my hands are completely different lengths. From far away you can’t notice, but when u really look at them they look totally unprofessional and not well done.

I went here with my mom and daughter yesterday and had a great experience. They are so kind and painted my daughter’s toes as well. We all had a great time and will be back.

2 star's is being nice Got there asked if they were in a rush they said no, But clarly they were cause she was by her self with doing 2 other people nails already .. didn't want someone that is going to rush my set to get it done .. And still waited 15 minutes while she had other people had me switch seats 3 times for different workers ..and then finally one of the lady's that came In Sat to do my nails and she was rude rushing.. Told her I never had my nails done WHICH I HAVE ...hoping she would do them nice .. but instead she gave me the worst nails I think I have ever gotten done ... definitely never going back and was filing my real nails so thin it hurt while they were doing them sad you are paying for the quick time.. not quality .

My pedicure was all of 25 minutes. It was my first time here. No massage which is the best part🤦 and not much time spent on anything really other than soaking. Prob won't return. But it was at least quiet and clean. Thanks anyways ladies

Pampered Nails in Pelham is cleaner, the nail technicians are more skilled and friendly, and the prices are better than other salons in the area. Cathy runs a welcoming salon, and the technician who did my nails, Quyen, was careful, talented, friendly, and listened to what I wanted in terms of nail shape and colors. She even fixed a small scratch I got right after I left the salon! I highly recommend Pampered Nails for manicures and pedicures.
