Literally the only place I will get my nails done. Annie is fantastic with acrylics and Lou is amazing with pedicures. Never leave unhappy and they are always willing to try whatever design I come up with!

Stopped in for a quick pedicure on my break and had a great experience! They did an excellent job, and my technician was wonderful. The foot and leg massage was amazing—exactly what I needed. I’ll definitely be back!

Our family’s manicure and pedicure appointments were handled with a level of carelessness and hostility that was entirely unacceptable. The services were rushed, aggressive, and executed with no regard for professionalism or basic courtesy. Staff made mistakes without acknowledgment and spoke disparagingly about customers, assuming they would not be understood. Such conduct reflects a fundamental disregard for both the work and the clientele. We will not return, and others seeking competent, respectful service should look elsewhere.

Update: I went back to the salon and the nail tech I had fixed the nail yesterday and another one that was chipping. Again the workers here are very kind and I wanted to come back and change my review to a higher one if the issue was fixed so I did 😊. I really like this place and pride myself in giving honest reviews. I gave 4 stars because I had to return 3 times for the same issue but it was fixed and the salon is clean and friendly. They get the job done. Updated photos are included below. Okay so i was going to give this place a 5 star review because I was treated very kind and overall my nails came out nice when I left but the same day I got the nails done my index finger chipped … maybe the gel didn’t harden properly or needed more coats? I got a gel mani & pedi and it was definitely the best experience I’ve had in new Windsor so far. Pina did my pedi and really took her time and it came out beautiful despite my toenail being split. She helped mend it perfectly!! Definitely will come again. They’re clean, quick, friendly and professional!! Thank you :)
