Pamela's Salon & Day Spa

Poor technical application, refusal to refund, costly correction required I normally don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so others can make an informed decision. I booked a highlight service with Pamela that resulted in visible blotching and root bleed marks, which I discovered after blow-drying and styling at home. When I returned for a correction, the original issues weren’t resolved and more flaws were introduced. A second salon later documented root blotching across the sides and back of my head, midshaft banding, and patchy, unsaturated sections causing a striped appearance. Despite giving Pamela the opportunity to correct the work, the results worsened, and she refused to offer a refund. I had to pay $185+ for emergency corrective color. This

Kind of a bad experience. I made an appointment early Monday for 11:30am, no one was at the salon. Called and then rescheduled for 12:30 (so an hour later) I came back at 12:20 and no one was there yet. I called back at 12:31, no one answered. I waited around until 12:34 and decided to leave. I had a lot of time wasted, needless to say I won't be returning.

Great salon! Clean and updated. Chelsey has been doing my hair for years and I LOVE it! I get compliments everywhere I go. She is very talented! I don't personally get hair extensions however I know she specializes in them and has a lot of repeat clientele.

I've been going to Chelsey Joy since I was 18. She's amazing! Not only is she beautiful and funny, she's also very professional and talented. I highly recommend her for extensions and pretty much anything hair related. :)

Very nice salon, Decorated really beautiful. Chelsey did my hair & did an awesome job. Very sweet girl, & good with colors. My hair is gorgeous & turned out great with the highlights. Im not going anywhere else!
