Palms Nail Spa

I came here for the first time last week to get my nails done for my birthday. My mom joined me and they were very efficient, welcoming, friendly professional, clean, and well priced! I've had a few negative experiences at other locations in both Windsor and Santa Rosa, but this place was great! I had gel removal and gel manicure. My mom got a gel manicure, we both loved the results! First photo with my mom is day of, second photo is a week later!

Terrible place, they did what they wanted and charged me 100 dollars for a simple acrylic one nail bigger than the other and more tip I ended up paying 110

Wow where do I begin, the people that work here are so thoughtful and pay close attention. The massage was wonderful, not to hot and not cold they really make it a you experience. I found my forever place :) if you want a nail salon that doesn’t rush you and does a GREAT JOB come here!! Got my daughters toes done as well and she loved it. Really lovely experience!!

Excellent service and beautiful gel mani and pedi! Prices were great. Salon was clean. Nail polish was well stocked. The technicians took their time. They were very welcoming and attentive. I had an ingrown toenail that was pretty severe, and they handled it like pros! I couldn't be happier. I stopped through while traveling, and and wasn't expecting such a nice experience. Photos do not do it justice.

They did a great job on my nails. I messed up my own nail already lol after I had left, I don't like gel polish so I did regular polish. The place was clean and I wasin and out fast. The nail tech did a good job and didn't cut my cuticles too short. Love this place.
