I have been going to Dr Waddell for years. There are so many things I love about her, but I will share some things that are important to me. First, she always takes the time to answer any questions I have. She’s thorough and incessantly bright. She answers honestly and always educates me on the pros and cons of different procedures so that I can make an educated decision. She never hurries me along, and I feel my concerns or questions are important to her. Secondly, her staff (Crissy Particularly) seems to review my chart and always knows my regimen and items that I use that have worked for me. I leave messages, and they are always returned promptly. I cannot recommend Dr. Billie Jean Waddell enough! I've been seeing her since I was in my 20s and no one believes that I'm in my early 40s, thanks to her advice and Tretinoin 🤗. Dr. Waddell never pushes anything or tries to sell you anything you don't need, and always explains what she's doing and how the procedures work so thoroughly. I always feel so confident when I see her - I know I'm going to get great results and great care. I did two rounds of Kybella with her and LOVE my results, and recently started Botox treatments. I literally wouldn't trust anyone else to stick needles in my face and neck! She's the absolute best.
