Could not speak highly enough of my experience at Palm Springs Nails & Spa! I have been going here for over 5 years and Nancy, David, Kim always take care of me & go above & beyond on my mani/pedi. They truly treat you like family & know you on a first name basis. The prices are also very reasonable! If you’re looking for a nice nail salon then please give them a try! You won’t regret it!

I usually go to Nancy, and I almost hesitate to give out her name because she is so good that I don’t want everybody to start using her. I’m sorry to say, I’m very picky, but Nancy is clearly a professional and does a beautiful job on my manicure and my pedicure. The last time I went, Nancy was unavailable, so I went with Kim. OMG! Also amazing and quick. This place is a hidden gem!

I went to go get my nails done for my birthday and when I got there, I showed the lady exactly how I wanted my nails and the whole entire time while doing my nails she was cutting me, The nails are overlapping onto my fingers, and they didn’t even complete painting my nails when I asked her to remove the nails off my hand and give me my money back. They refuse to do both. they all started getting up and yelling being very unprofessional. It got so bad to the point where the police had to get involved. even a lady on the side of the sidewalk says she feels bad for my nails and she even apologize for the way it looked. My fingers are now swollen and hurt really badly and now I have to pay more money to go somewhere else somewhere I should’ve went to in the first place. The place is so bad t

Been here a couple times always had a good experience but this time not so lucky. The girl I like was busy and maybe it was my fault for not waiting but I had somewhere else to go. So I let someone else do my fill in but little did I know she was going to cut them to short and get rid of the curve on the nail. She gave a completely different shape and made them thin as paper that now I actually have to go and get a full new set. Not only did the nail tech make me feel uncomfortable and but so did the owners.of the nail salon. Very unprofessional and do not want to satisfying the customer.

I went in for a pedicure at an almost empty salon—nine chairs open, just one other client. My tech used a spare chair to hold her basket of tools. The owner came out, scanned the room, and told her not to use it. Instead of giving her a rolling stand, she made her put everything on the floor, forcing her to bend over for every single item. I moved a bench over so she wouldn’t have to. But at that point, I told her to skip the polish—I wasn’t about to give the salon another dollar. I had planned on getting a manicure too, but why would I pay more to a business that treats its employees like furniture props, prioritizing aesthetics over their health and dignity? Now I understand why the salon was nearly empty. Update to response: You’re not going to try to gaslight anyone today, nice try.
