I decided to use this location as was closer and they made me do lowest time cause it had been a month since I had been, which I was fine if it the policy however never had that before at other locations.Then had to wait for beds to be cleaned when 2 girls upfront just standing around. The next day used again as I was in the area again this time she tried to give me lowest time again I asked for higher , 3 people at counter with no customers again and had to wait for bed to cleaned again, go to use and it is not working. They switched my bed , which I did not make a fuss about , then my tan time was less than I asked for and was put at what she had originally wanted to give me. I would not use this location again or recommend

I’m very disappointed with the experience I’ve had at this location. I placed my account on hold and was told there would be a one-time fee. However, my card was later charged an additional fee, and then a late fee on top of that. When I decided to cancel my membership, I was assured by one staff member that everything was paid and the account was closed. Later that same day, another staff member informed me that I still owed money. This inconsistency and lack of clear communication is frustrating and unacceptable. I strongly suggest that this location review its processes and improve transparency, or it will continue to lose customers.

I am not too happy I have been a member here for 5 years that’s a lot of money I have spent with this company. My debit card was hacked and all I have is cash right now until it comes in tomorrow. I live about ten miles away and in traffic that’s 30-40 min drive in Atlanta easily. Every business should take cash in America it’s ridiculous that I could not get my spray tan because I only had cash today because of my card being fraudulently stolen. I am thinking about getting a membership somewhere else. If you can’t take cash you should offered to add the charge on my next month payment. This is a huge inconveniencet and not good customer support. I would like to edit my review and say that corp reached out and made things right. They did a thorough follow up and even give me a compliment

As a first time spray tan goer, im so happy I chose PBT. Sabrina was more than helpful and guided me through my first time with ease and grace. I feel so confident with the glow i got and I will definitely be returning!

Really tired of the scammy tactics. Last time I came here I bought a 3-pack of spray tans cause it was a better price than just one session. Came back in October and they told me they had expired in 30 days. Honestly just laughable that you’d sell a customer a multi-session pack with an unrealistic expiration date and especially without ever communicating an expiration date. Who does 3 spray tans in 30 days? If I buy a gift card at a restaurant it doesn’t expire in 30, or 90 days. But they LOVE any opportunity to stiff you out of your money. Gotcha with the fine print, but it certainly doesn’t make it ethical on any level.
