Palm Beach Tan

The free tan is not accurate. You have to buy a membership. It says all over the website that they offer one free tan to start and when I went in, she was insistent that I had to purchase a membership to get the one free tan so I wanted to Post so others would know that their website List in accurate information according to the Wrightsville Beach location

Went in to ask to purchase a day pass (just moved from out of state) the worker Kimberly was extremely rude in many instances She was aggressive trying to get me on a membership, was snarky with me when I told her I’m not ready for a membership today . I asked if I could purchase a day pass or a single session and she refused to help me unless if I signed up for a membership. When I asked if any other businesses that offered single sessions, she LIED AND SAID “not anywhere near this area or state honestly” So I drove 3 miles to Sun Tan city and bought a day pass ! Go check out Sun Tan City if you actually want to be treated correctly.

There free session is not free. Even though their website clearly states “New or returning customers. Choose One Free Service — Sun, Spray, Red Light or Sauna per customer, one time only, every 365 days. No substitutions.” I was told you need to buy a membership. Maybe update the blatant lie on your website.

Failed to cancel my wife’s membership when she requested in person. When my wife confronted them in person about the wrong charges since they never processed the request, they told her it wasn’t their fault since they ended up firing the person. The store refused to give her a refund for the months they erroneously charged her even though they admitted she requested a cancellation.

I love palm beach tan where my hometown is but the customer service here is awful. The staff is extremely rude. if you want better service go to sun tan city!
