Palm Beach Tan

I give 5 stars for the staff's friendliness and helpfulness. The store was neat and clean, and the equipment was high-tech and top-of-the-line. However, I rate my experience 3 stars because $80 for one spray tan (which includes primer and add-ons) is outrageous. I'll admit it looked amazing the day it was applied, but it faded significantly the next morning when I showered. I followed all the instructions carefully, waited 12 hours before showering, not shaving, etc. The tan only lasted a total of 2 days (the day applied and the following). By the end of the second day, I had to apply some $12 self-tanner just to make it through the weekend. This price feels astronomical unless you sign up for a package, and while I understand this is a sales tactic, it doesn't sit well with me. I get bett

The worker this morning was AMAZING! She has amazing customer service and overall seemed very knowledgeable about the memberships. She was so helpful with getting my membership fixed and actually took the time to explain the charges I would have to me! Thank you so much!

Michelle is one of the friendliest workers l have encountered always has a smile on her face. Always telling the beds l should use to keep a deep dark tan, explaining everything to me. She just told me about the sauna all benefits with salt water can't wait to try it out and upgrade my membership. Have been a member there for two years. I have been utilizing Palm Beach Tan for several months. During which time the location that was the most convenient for me has closed. I started going to the 21st & Maize location & I couldn’t be happier “everything happens for a reason”. Michelle Cox is routinely working when I am able to make it in, her appearance is always on point and her attitude is even better. I heavily suggest if you’re looking for these services to give this location a try. ☀️

All the people who work here are very professional and super friendly! I was very impressed with Courtney’s customer service tonight- she addressed me by name and was very helpful and informative! Love coming here for my red light therapy and spray tans!
