One star is generous. Palm Beach Tan has some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Management is completely unhelpful and dismissive. It honestly feels like they care more about hitting their bonuses than about actual customer satisfaction. Also, not sure why my previous review was deleted. If honest reviews are being removed, that should probably tell you something… Don’t be fooled by the glowing reviews. Employees are heavily pushed by management to get good ratings because their bonuses depend on it — not because this company truly values its clients. The lotions are marked up tremendously and the quality doesn’t match the price. Staff are trained to squeeze every last penny out of customers to hit sales numbers. Always a great experience at Palm Beach Tan in Wichita Falls! Ari was the one who helped me and she was amazing. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything so I felt comfortable choosing the right tanning option. The salon was clean, welcoming, and the whole visit was quick and easy. Customer service like this really makes a difference. Highly recommend this location—thanks again, Ari! ⭐

Due to fraudulent activity on my debit card our cards were canceled. Once we received our new cards wen immediately went in to the location to update our card on file information, however since the payment was due yesterday and I received the new card yesterday they felt inclined to charge an additional $10 fee. I have tanned at this location for approximately 5 yrs and every year they keep getting worse and worse. Additionally, when you make a complaint whether by email, phone or Google review you get a scripted response and never get a follow up with a live person. Their customer service is the absolute worst and if there were other options we would certainly pursue them. They expect the customer to provide any and all information when they already have it in their systems. Reading over

The girls here are always so kind and friendly, which makes every visit such a good experience. The salon is always very clean and welcoming, and the staff is really knowledgeable about the beds and lotions, which makes it easy to find exactly what works best for me! Hannah at the front desk is always such a huge help and knows how to brighten your day.

These beds are amazing I guess I hadn’t tanned in a fancy tanning bed before , I think the water mister sprayed lightly om your face was my favorite part of my tanning session . I will definitely be back ❣️
