The customer service I received today was outstanding. Jillian from Westport/Stamford CT is an excellent embassador for the company. I became a member a few days ago, but only understood what my membership offered today when Jillian took the time to let me know about all its perks. As a business owner myself, I was highly impressed with her understanding of what the company has to offer and how important it is for the customer to be informed. She was excited and passionate with everyone who walked through those doors. And let me mention the up-sales she closed in the 30 mins I was there, up-sales that not only benefited the company but the clients as well. Palm Beach Tan .. you have a jem on your hands.

My friends and I had a great first time l experience ! I wish I remembered the name of the woman who helped us at the front desk. She was running the whole place all by herself while it was so busy. She did such a good job of being on top of everything and being friendly. Will def be back here 🤗

Jordan is an outstanding asset to you company. I got to the stratford, and stamford locations as well. Out of all the the employees in all of the locations, she is the best. She always remembers people by name. She is always friendly, cheerful, helpful and Efficient. I am a bit baffled by my experience with this salon. In August, I came in with the expectation to do a couple of sessions before moving out of state. The representative suggested that I do a monthly membership because it’s “more economical” - I told her that I didn’t want to do this because I often forget to cancel, and she told me that she would put a note on my account to cancel the membership so I wouldn’t have to remember this. Fast forward a few months and I realize that in December I was still being charged. I called and spoke with a representative who told me she could see the note in the account, but that I’d always need a signed copy of cancelation and they can’t just cancel memberships. I told her I was out of state and how do we facilitate this? She told me she’d speak to a man
