Palm Beach Tan

Literally the worst place they rob you of your money. The tans come out awful. I just got one and it is rolling off of my skin. The girl charged me extra money for a full size bottle of primer when I didn’t even want one. I miss the Aruba sun and spa. Every time I have been to this salon I have not had a good tanning experience.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I don’t go tanning very often, but I’ve kept a membership at Palm Beach Tanning. When I came in today, I was surprised to learn that my membership payments hadn’t been going through, and I had a balance of a few hundred dollars. The manager, Sarah Rutkowski, was incredibly kind and professional in helping me understand what happened. She took the time to explain the situation clearly and offered me a very fair solution. It can feel stressful when you’re faced with an unexpected issue like this, but Sarah’s patience and kindness made all the difference. She turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a really positive one. Thank you, Sarah, for going above and beyond—I truly appreciate it! They also have really good tanning lotions!

I drove 30 minutes to get there and the blonde lady at the front desk told me they no longer take walk-in only by appointment. I asked if they were able to make an appointment for today and she repeated they are by appointment only. Then she told me I owe money that the manager last time told me I do not owe. She said I was due credit. The manager did not even charge me last time because I had credit. I used to love this place but now I feel unwelcome and the front desk lady could not even answer me when I asked if an appointment could be made. No explanation on how to make an appointment. The place was empty. They were not even busy.

Signed me up for a membership that cost $50 a month then told me “actually it cost $90 a month”. I was promised a refund and called the assistant manager who offered me “2 free wellness sessions” and refused the refund I was told I would get. I asked to speak to the *real* manager and I was told “”she’ll call you next week”. Join Brick Bodies nearby instead - they have infrared saunas, massage chairs, red light, lymphatic drainage etc. PLUS gym membership and fitness classes for just $19 more a month. This place is a joke and customer service is awful, and I am in the process of speaking with corporate to get my refund.

Terrible experience ! The new staff they keep hiring are incompetent and negligent. They’ve lied several times about cleaning beds. They spend all their time in the back hiding and are never at the desk when you come in completely unprofessional. They walk around in spandex and house shoes and are so worried about everything else except the customer. The building always smells like onions because they eat jimmy John’s subs next door and don’t spray to cover up the horrendous smell. The only two girls I’ve actually had a pleasure being helped by are Lacey and Cassidy.
