Palm Beach Tan

So I didn’t realize I hadn’t been to a Palm Beach Tan since 2021. Whenever I went in with my friend today and signed up for a membership I actually already had one. Who knew?Big shoutout to Palm Beach Tan for there employees cause Lily was amazing! Attentive and assisted everyone all at the same time. I was super impressed. Keep up the good work!

Most of the good reviews are from years ago. Because years ago the staff was wonderful. However it’s hard to know now if they are more incompetent or apathetic. They sit in the back on their phones until they hear the door.. then they come out and say “ oh… give me a minute I have to clean the bed”… seriously? You couldn’t have done that when you were sitting around? Multiple times now in just a couple weeks I’ve gotten it the bed but it wasn’t turned on.. they don’t hear you because they have already retired to the back room. So you have to get dressed and get someone’s attention… annoying. I have never written a bad review of any business… EVER, but when you pay a large monthly payment, you shouldn’t be constantly inconvenienced by someone who by all appearances does want to be there. I have never, ever done a review before I even tried the business but the initial experience after walking in for the first time to find out information left a lot to be desired. Walking in to find out information, Im guessing the front desk girl, (Meagan) came from the back with the biggest annoyed face and snarky attitude ever. She seemed totally annoyed at my questions, which is absolutely crazy is you are running a business. I know this area is completely saturated with miserable, snobby privileged kids, but just to experience that when I just wanted info is pretty bad.

Great place and I WAS a monthly customer BUT I had around a $100 credit on my account that I wanted to use before our Fall Break vacation. I went in and apparently my credit has expired (zero notice given) and they took my $$. I was offered a “deal “ on 2 spray tans if I wanted to pay more. Why would I give you more money since you basically stole $100 from me. Awful policies and I obviously won’t be returning. 2 stars only because the girl at the counter was very nice and understanding.. in no way her fault.

I have been going to this location for about 6 months now. The staff are always very friendly and helpful but I wanted to say a special thank you to Mason. I arrived just before 7 thinking the location was open until 9. Mason checked me in and let me know that they were closing at 7. I felt terrible and said I could come back in the morning, she was so lovely and insisted that I continue with my devices. Thank you for going above and beyond!!
