Palm Beach Tan

Have been tanning at this location since 2016. In 2020 or 2021 name changed. (Palm Beach Tan) Have seen numerous employees come & go. Seeing some leave sucks! Some not by their own choice. Was always nice coming in and employees knowing your name. Now it's like starting all over again. Anyway, a very clean store. Most employees knowledgeable and courteous. Clean store. Clean beds. The only place in Sullivan, IN or anywhere for that fact that I will tan. I still continue to ask when Military discount will be accepted 😊 Review was edited. Initially was left for an Ohio store, and somehow my review ended up under my "home" store.

Disgusting. Always a mess. Beds barely work, CHEAP! Very rude workers. Been to Palm Beach and Sun Tropics. Palm Beach is a joke in comparison and always dirty. They don't clean the beds AT ALL. Don't waste your time.

My favorite place to go each day! I love the beds, I love the products, I love the smell, and most importantly, I love the customer service. Every day I walk in and am greeted very politely. I feel very welcome here. It’s like one of my second homes. It may be pricey but it is so worth it 💓

Clean facility and friendly service. Beds are up to date and they offer a variety of levels. The only complaint would be product sales, as there are no returns/refunds/exchanges if you do not like the tanning product purchased. The lotions are expensive and if you do not like the product or can not use it, you're stuck with it.

Best customer service I have ever experienced! An Associate Alyssa was so professional, so very informative, very polite, broke everything down for me. A+!!! Right now is the time to go, there are some deals to catch!
