Nicole and her team are absolutely exceptional! I always have a wonderful experience every time I visit. Nicole is incredibly sweet, kind, caring, and truly professional. She even remembers my name each time, which makes the experience feel so personal and welcoming. She takes the time to make you feel comfortable while providing thoughtful, personalized guidance. Her warmth and expertise make every visit such a pleasure. Highly recommend!

I had such a wonderful experience at Palm Beach Tanning salon in Stamford CT! From the moment I walked in, Jillian made me feel welcomed and completely at ease. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every question I had, which intuitively led me to me choose the perfect month-long package for my needs. She was NOT at all “pushy” or “overly aggressive” when she explained in-depth the membership. I want to also point out how clean, relaxing, and well-maintained the Salon is. Had the worst experience in Stamford. Kept my membership open in the summer yet when I showed up randonly I was asked when I tanned last and was restricted to a 4 min session. This is after I told them i tan often. Waste of money. Plus I had the exp pkg. Disgusted. Staff was rude. I had zero resolve by the owner. Customer service was even more useless.

I asked the staff to freeze my membership when I went in for my last appointment. I was assured by the staff it was frozen and she explained the benefits of freezing it. Today I was charged again for this month’s membership. They did not freeze my account. I called to explain their mistake, and they refuse to refund me. I’m forced to go back into the studio to freeze/cancel my membership when I already did so last week. Absolutely terrible the way they handled this situation. I would think twice before signing up for a membership. Lesson learned.
