came here 2/25/26 @ 7:30pm, 30 mins before this location closed the girl working was so helpful and welcoming despite coming in right before close. She then had 3 other people walk in between this time and close to all use the same machine, therefore putting her past close in order to get all of these people their service. she was awesome and so patient and just kept moving right along. i hope this review gets passed back to her and she is rewarded on some way, i know all of the PBT workers stay open past close on a regular basis and should be praised for doing so, the service industry is tough and this locations workers are awesome!!!
Hello I was supposed to start up my membership with Palm Beach I was so saddened to hear that Ebony has left, she was such a great person, very nice and helpful. We discussed products, and even selected a membership based off of my needs. I was willing and ready to start up for the spring and summer. I'm sorry I think I'm going to explorer other options. Thank you
