I have had an awesome experience here especially with Gigi! She answered all my questions about the packages they have and concerns about my tanning experience with patience and didn't make me feel rushed with any concerns I had!!

I'm pretty sure Kimberly, if I heard her correctly- I'm slightly hard of hearing...was very thorough explaining the plans and I signed up for a membership even slightly cheaper than I thought was available. The salon was very nice and extremely clean. I just joined but I just wanted to say that so far I'm impressed and the person who helped me was extremely nice, professional, and definitely wasn't pushy about the membership, in fact she sold me on one that was 2 dollars cheaper! Thanks again and I'll update later.

Really, REALLY miss Darque Tan. The girls used to care about what level bed you were using and how much time, what products, etc. Now if they do talk to you about products it's just to make a sale they could care less about what the customer likes. Once you are assigned a bed they disappear. I got a loy of attitude today because the room I was assigned didn't seem ready to be used and asked for another one. I only maintain my membership because I don't know of another chain with locations near me. BRING BACK DARQUE TAN!!!

Been a member off and on for years...even before they changed the name. Went in this evening to tan. $50 for ONE high speed tan PLUS tax. That's ludicrous. Asked about specials you can buy 2 for $90! Umm ya no thanks. Any other specials I asked? Nope, they don't tell us until the day of. Alright then looks like I'll keep my $$$ and go somewhere else. Obviously I'm not the only one ...Go look at the Better Business page.

Chad the store manager is an absolute peach! Very honest and helpful! I met him at another store but when I found him here I was ecstatic! He’s absolutely wonderful and makes me feel welcome! Recommends the best bed, and what will help my skin. He is very knowledgeable!
