Honestly the best tanning salon experience. The place is always super clean, the beds are great, and everything feels really well taken care of. Hailey knows what she’s doing and will help you pick the right level so you get a good tan. You can tell she actually cares about her clients and keeping the salon nice. 10/10 recommend if you want a good tan and a welcoming environment.

So very disappointed. I have been tanning at the Shiloh location for over 2 years. My debit card was hacked so my payment did not go through, I politely apologized, gave my credit card info and asked them to charge it moving forward. Go into the store today to tan, they had charged the wrong card again this month. They wanted me to pay the fee. Told them I was absolutely fine to pay my membership fees but I didn't feel like I should have to pay a fee for their error. They absolutely would not bend. Said they had no authorization etc. So for $10 it is worth the loss of a client and now I am just angry and hurt. I am not confident the two ladies behind the counter should be working without supervision, seemed very flustered and dismissive, left me waiting for more than 10 minutes beca

We have gone for PBT for some time now and we were always treated very well and the Tanning beds are great. Rylee is a tremendous asset and manager of your O'Fallon, IL shop. She is extremely knowledgeable, personable, and compassionate. She helps make the PBT experience most Excellent! Rylee = 10 Stars!

I had a great experience at this tanning salon. The space was spotless, the beds were well‑maintained, Brianna was very friendly and knowledgeable. She helped me choose the right level for my skin tone, and I got an even, natural-looking tan after just a couple of sessions. Definitely my go‑to spot from now on. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

My husband purchased a tanning package for me for Christmas! My first visit was very nice the staff members were kind and helpful. My second visit was Top Notch, I arrived at a time that wasn't so busy. I was able to ask and have answered all of my questions. Katy was patient, explained all of the Wellness products as well as many of the tanning products. She navigated the customers coming in and out during this period with Cheerfulness along with a beautiful smile!
