Palm Beach Tan

I had an awful experience at Palm Beach Tan in Seneca due entirely to an employee named Caroline. Her customer service skills were extremely poor—she rolled her eyes repeatedly, had a demeaning attitude, and spoke to me in a condescending way throughout the entire interaction. I went in simply to tan. When Caroline pulled up my account, she refused to allow me to tan for the full session time, stating that because I hadn’t been to this specific location in two weeks, I wasn’t allowed the full time. I explained that I travel frequently and, while I hadn’t used this location recently, I have been tanning elsewhere. She dismissed this and said it was “their rule.” I asked her to show me where this rule was stated in the waivers or paperwork I signed. She spent about 10 minutes printing out

Great place to tan, very clean, and affordable. Just be careful and make sure when you lock or freeze your Card that you get it in writing . I locked my card ( froze) and went 4 days later just to make sure and I was told by the Seneca Manager that it wasn't locked. I was livid. Being that my dog had emergency surgery ( over $1,000) So this was a big deal to me and my bank account. The manager told me it was never done, and so I asked her " what did I sign then?" I was very upset and literally almost in tears. To the point, the $ did not come out so it apparently was locked and I almost stroked out for no reason?!💥 Otherwise the place is clean nice and except for the one manager who looks at you so MEAN WITH PIERCING 👀 EYES, JUST FOR ASKING QUESTIONS, WHICH I THINK IS VERY unkind and unpr

I was supposed to be getting a spray tan before my beach vacation. It was horrible! You couldn't even tell there was any sign of a spray tan! I waited till the next morning to take a shower and everything that WAS sprayed on washed down the drain! Last time I go here! I would NOT recommend it... EVER!!! Also, I paid $75!!!! For ABSOLUTELY Nothing!!!

WHY DID PRICES GO up on packages before the end of the year? Drastically increased prices at that!! In September I informed the employee that I would need my package to be MUCH MUCH LOWER!! Yet; instead of lowering it I was charged even more than I was already paying. The employee had me run my card mid September and it double charges me and I complained because (((I had just told her))) that I needed my package cut in price!! So she tells me to stick my card in and I was double charged. I asked her to find out what the problem was. She never did and today i was greatly overcharged again. I was informed that Seneca SC location is going to charge “ATLANTA” prices by an employee as well. So I was cutting my package but the employee didn’t seem to even know what my prorated fee was to be.
